About the project
The firm is empaneled with RBI as Category 1 firm. The firm is the statuary Branch Auditor of State Bank of India since last successive eight years. Apart from the Statuary Audit, the firm is empaneled with Allahabad bank, Oriental Bank of commerce, Punjab National Bank, Central Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra and other Public-Sector Banks for their Revenue, concurrent and stock audits. The firm has successfully conducted the audit of the various regional rural banks and co-operative banks. The Firm has works on the issue of various merger related to bank and its approval from regulatory authority. In private sector Banks, the firm is the authorized credit monitoring agency appointed by ICICI banks, AXIS Bank and HDFC Bank which involves the continuously supervise the borrowers accounts on behalf of these banks in terms of Units inspection, stock verification, ROC search etc. and other assignments as provided by the Bank. Under this the firm is responsible for the credit monitoring of the borrowers of the banks and their health record in terms of security and impairment of the assets. All the audit process is looked after by a senior chartered Accountants and who ultimately reports to senior partner of the firm.
